Who should use this service?

* PrePay subscribers who have lost their SIM Card.
* PrePay subscribers who have a damaged SIM Card.
* PrePay subscribers wishing to upgrade their SIM Card to access new Safaricom services: e.g. M-PESA.

How to do a SIM Card Replacement:

* Go to any Safaricom Shop, Authorized Dealer or M-PESA Agent countrywide.
* Purchase a new SIM Card replacement at only Ksh. 50/-.
* Your new SIM Card will be activated to your original mobile number.

You maintain the following after a SIM replacement:

* Your original mobile number.
* Your unused airtime.
* Your M-PESA balance.
