* Go to Messages and create a "New Message".
* Type the word "balance".
* Send to 200.
* Await response from Safaricom confirming your balance.
* This service is free.


Check your Postpaid Bill Online

You can now access your Safaricom Postpaid Bill information at the click of the mouse
Simply logon to the site: http://youradvantage.safaricom.co.ke

* Enter your login: your mobile number without 0 prefix.
* Enter your password; if you have forgotten it or do not have one, click on "Request password" and enter your mobile number. Your password will be sent to your phone via SMS.
* Select your service type e.g. Telephony, and to login.
